  • Can the portal use data from our accounting or ERP?
    Yes — integration with your existing systems is usually the core of the project. We integrate via official APIs, exports or database views, depending on what the system allows.
  • How is client data secured?
    Role and permission management, encrypted communication and access auditing. Data runs on servers in the Czech Republic / EU and is backed up regularly.
  • Can we start small?
    We recommend it. The first version typically solves the one or two most painful agendas (say, documents and order status); further modules follow based on real usage.
  • What about a mobile app?
    Portals are fully responsive, so they work well on mobile. If a native app makes sense later, the portal’s API is ready for it.
